How Insightful Stays processes data when you use the browser extension.

Insightful Stays analyzes publicly available guest reviews from Airbnb and other short-term rental platforms to help users identify recurring issues and patterns mentioned by multiple guests.

The Insightful Stays browser extension performs review analysis locally in the user’s browser whenever possible. Review text is processed only to generate the insights requested by the user.

Insightful Stays does not collect, store, or sell personal data. The extension does not access private messages, user accounts, or browsing activity outside of supported listing pages.

Any data stored by the extension (such as temporary analysis results or user preferences) remains local to the user’s device and is not transmitted to Insightful Stays servers.

Insightful Stays does not modify listings, reviews, or ratings on any platform. The extension provides an independent, automated analysis of existing publicly available review content.

This analysis is intended as a reading aid and does not replace reading full reviews. Some nuance or context may be missed.
