How Insightful Stays processes data when using the browser extension, traveler analysis features, and host tools.

Insightful Stays analyzes publicly available Airbnb and short-term rental guest reviews to identify recurring issues and patterns across multiple guests.

The browser extension runs lightweight machine learning models directly in the user’s browser whenever possible.

When a traveler uses paid features such as “Priority issues across guest reviews”, review text may be temporarily sent to our server solely to generate the requested analysis.

Reviews processed for traveler analysis are not permanently stored.The analysis is generated once and returned to the user.

Each paid analysis applies only to reviews available at the time of purchase.

Insightful Stays does not store, process, or have access to users’ credit card or payment details.

All payments are handled securely through Bank Intesa’s payment gateway.
